Ann I agree with you, facebook fan page is a challenge. I too have had to work it hard. Thanks for the tips, will take them on board. Appreciate your advice. It is but I have already learned so much in a week that will make a difference, for example it cannot just be your "feeds" blog, PR etc. You need to give them something more!
